The bit about ignoring coats of arms is necessary in order to rule out Mexico, for example, which has all of the colours that South Africa has and more – because it has a full–colour picture of an eagle perched on a cactus plant, eating a snake. But without the coat of arms it has only three colours: green, white and red.
